Leadership Team

Ron is the Chief Financial Officer of Corus360. In this position, his primary responsibility is to strategically plan the budgeting, and forecast and enhance financial systems for the company. Ron has over 25 years of experience in the Accounting and Finance industry and has been successful in planning for growth, acquisition and integration for many other companies. In his previous experience, Ron has successfully turned companies from losing revenue to earning millions of dollars in profits per year. With his expertise in developing and improving customer support systems and financial reporting systems, Ron is instrumental in leading and supporting the growth of Corus360.

Ted Chappell has more than 17 years of experience in the IT industry, successfully managing teams of developers and consultants for the last 13 of those years. Ted’s previous experience includes working at Optimus Solutions as Vice President of Collaborative Solutions, overseeing the consultant teams responsible for the development of mobile and wireless, as well as mail, messaging, and workflow applications for customers.  Prior to Optimus, Ted founded and ran Eagle Technology Consultants profitably for 8 years before selling the firm to Optimus Solutions.  As the Executive Vice President of Corus360 Consulting Services, Ted oversees all of the consulting teams, as well as the company’s software products for BlackBerry.

As Chief Technologist of Infrastructure and Recovery, Stephen has the overall responsibility of determining solution architecture, strategy and direction for the Corus360 Infrastructure offerings in the areas of Storage, Servers, Virtualization, Networking and Data Protection. Stephen has more than 18 years of experience in the IT industry and has served in various capacities for Storage Manufacturers, Consulting Firms, Corporate End-Users and Value Added Resellers. His thorough knowledge and deep level of infrastructure expertise helps Corus360 architect and deliver a broad core of solutions to our customers.

Ted Pappas is equipped with more than 15 years of strategic Business Development, Account Management and IT Services experience. Ted is responsible for developing growth strategies and managing delivery for Corus360 and its firm’s key accounts.  In addition, Ted is a leader in creating internal and external alliances for building a world-class capabilities and resource pipeline. Prior to joining Corus360, Ted held the roles of a Regional Manager and Southeast Division Director.

Allison Rickards has more than 12 years of experience in training and documentation development and marketing strategy. Before joining Corus360, Allison was a consultant and Instructional Designer for Bianco Hopkins & Associates, a training and documentation consulting firm. She developed and provided training for several local and international organizations in different languages and using innovative delivery techniques. As Director of Marketing and Documentation, Allison is focused on helping Corus360 leverage their marketing resources to efficiently communicate and deliver value for internal and external clients. She oversees all marketing and documentation projects and utilizes her project management expertise to ensure all deliverables are completed successfully.
