Support for BlackBerry® 6 and the new BlackBerry® Torch
Now Available via Remote360
Atlanta, Friday, August 13, 2010 – Corus360, a RIM Select Alliance Partner based in Norcross, has released an update to their Remote360 software which allows it to be now used for support of the new BlackBerry® 6 OS and the new BlackBerry® Torch smartphones being released by AT&T later this week.
Remote360 is an award winning software that was created by a team of developers at Corus360 and is currently in use by several companies in the United States and other countries to support their BlackBerry® users.

Remote360 allows Help Desk and administrators to remotely control BlackBerry® devices out in the field to troubleshoot and resolve issues, train users and even locate lost devices. Remote360, similar to remote desktop for laptop/PC support, allows support personnel to operate the devices as if they have them in their hands. BlackBerry® 6 is the latest OS released by RIM (Research in Motion, the makers of BlackBerry®) and Remote360 has the capability of supporting this OS. The BlackBerry® Torch, their new device, which comes pre-installed with BlackBerry® 6 will go on sale this Thursday by AT&T. AT&T has an exclusive to carry the new Torch and it was announced this past week in a press conference with RIM.
